The exercise stations are fed by four 210 Lb. steel alloy weight stacks.

Unique features include a Bench Press with “kick start” for full stretch and range-of-motion, seat pads with automatic hydraulic adjustments from seated position, and lower lumbar support pads at all stations. Comes complete with weight stack guards for safety, 2″ x 4″ mainframe to eliminate torsional flex, and revolving “Armstrong” pec arms for the feel of a true dumbell workout.
